Regular monthly or scheduled maintenance is a must for a data center to run smoothly. Equipment that never shuts off obviously needs to be inspected and tuned as often as possible. 

Monthly service contracts are available for all the equipment we sell. Below are industry standards.

UPS systems

    Two inspections per year of all components to include UPS, MBS, Battery system, PDU and other related. Often battery systems are checked four times per year.

Air units

    Monthly inspections. Air units are much more prone to need maintenance due to the quantity of moving components and other items within their cabinets.

Raised Floor 

    Cleaning can be done monthly depending on the traffic in the room, but most rooms are cleaned four times per year. Above and below the floor, with the understructure being inspected for loose pedestals and related.

Generator systems

    Monthly inspections are common but Six times per year seems more realistic. Along with yearly load banking to insure the system can function properly under load.
